  4.    EchoManager is an editor for your AREAS.BBS and DAREAS.BBS file.
  5.    It offers you some interesting features those are not offered by
  6.    a simple text editor as well as by Avalon.
  7.

  18.    How to install EchoManager:
  19.    
  20.    start ECHOMGR.PRG and choose 'Configuration'. Please type in your
  21.    paths of your AREAS.BBS, DAREAS.BBS and CONFIG.JM path. If you
  22.    don't use a DAREAS.BBS file leave that line empty.
  23.    Besides there are some options:
  24.    - 'Save dialog positions': if selected the positions of all
  25.    dialogs will be added to your ECHOMGR.CFG file (made by
  26.    EchoManager).
  27.    - 'Show descriptions in area table': the argument of the 'Desc'
  28.    option will be shown in the area table.
  29.    - 'Don't write domains in AREAS.BBS': the link addresses 
  30.    EchoManager write in your (D)AREAS.BBS file will be 4d (without
  31.    domain) if selected.
  32.    - 'Write distribution areas into AREAS.BBS': your distribution
  33.    areas (if you have some) will be written into the AREAS.BBS file.
  34.    Normally they are written into the DAREAS.BBS file, but obviously
  35.    there are systems that needs that option.
  36.    Besides you can define you key if you have one.

  38.    Now choose 'Save ECHOMGR.CFG', then 'Ok' and leave now the
  39.    programme by pressing 'Cancel'.
  40.    
  41.    When you start EchoManager the next time, it should be ready
  42.    for use.
